Does the monitor work without Pro?
Yes. LOKWOD Essential is included with your hardware. Live monitoring, essential alerts, device status, and the local dashboard remain available without a subscription.
What does Pro add?
Pro preserves longer history, compares trends over time, adds predictive insights and reports, and includes priority support.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Your existing device and data stay in place. During beta, Pro is enabled by invitation because self-service billing is not yet operating.
Does LOKWOD control my pump?
The Well Monitor observes and explains system behavior. It does not switch or control the well pump.
Are important firmware updates included?
Always. Security updates, reliability improvements, and critical bug fixes are included for every LOKWOD owner. Pro is for expanded analytics and services—not basic product safety.
